Starting at Square One, but how?

Hello everyone!

I'm looking to finally take my leap of faith in the real estate world & start in wholesaling. After speaking with a couple experienced colleagues on here I was advised that may not be the best route to go for beginners. I would like to hear from the general public where you guys think the best place for me to start would be & if you agree/disagree with my starting strategy.

I'd also like to know if someone could please inform me of the best way to wholesale legally in Ohio without having a license & avoiding fines.

All comments and advice are appreciated!

The strategy you will completely learn about and USE is the one that will work. I've studied a variety of strategies and ended up not using any of them so if wholesaling is what you WANT to do, study up, find the answers and get going BUT education first.  KNOW the answers to the questions you just asked before you do anything.  Find what you LOVE and go for it.  I'm not in Ohio and not familiar with the laws there so I can't answer your questions.

Good Luck!
