But leveraging BP resources and folks that are doing it in an area of your chooosing, and keep in mind Jeremy is actually from San Antonio, knows the area and just visited, if he's looking for a buy n hold opportunity and we can get him trusted property manager who's the best around (and really, it comes down to great property management for out of state) and he can be in a brand new fourplex that is on the hottest corridor in America, dang, really, are we that cautious?

I use google photos heavily for personal photos but if I'm looking to look up some water repair invoice or photos for an unit from 3 years ago, I'd have to sort through a ton of photos and files to find that, which is why I was asking originally because I have so many photos on my drive already it's cumbersome to sort through.

In the invoice, they did not find anything wrong, (other than they leveled it), but it did work when they turned the stove on.

i found it the best way to get to know a contractor.Then ask to see an ongoing project he has, if not ask before and after photos, the SOW and even if he can some invoices will be great.The last thing is your filing, if over the phone you feel like you do not have a good conversation move on.if your flip is in Minneapolis i have a good one there DM me. i
