Then you need to verify their identity, ownership of the house. 

As you know this is a pretty serious website and everyone declares their name / identity openly.

If you physically saw the license and verified her identity, it probably isn't an issue.

I had a post yesterday which almost identical to yours.

Everytime I try to go to their site I get this msg - This Connection is Untrusted... blah blah ....this site's identity can't be verified.Anyone else getting this?  

As being  new to the RE world I have read a lot about how LLC'S are very beneficial to RE Investors because it protects the individual from being sued and it protects the Identity of the individual who owns the property, and has many tax benefits.

It's like finding a needle in a haystack just to locate the target property...and then you need to find at least 3 other almost identical, sold "comparables" to prove your good deal and current market price...and still be at least 30% below fair market value for nearby residential listings (on top of deducting necessary repair expenses), and at least 40% for an REO...and don't think you can submit a deal for vacant land, commercial or anything else that is not a standard family residence.
