Potential Renter Refuses to Provide Copy of ID

I am renting out the "Casita" portion of my house. It is a separate portion of the house that does not have access to the main house or backyard. There is a seperate entrance to casita and it has no direct access or entry point into the house. The casita is simply a bedroom and a bathroom and i provided a mini-fridge and microwave. No stove or oven. Think of it like a hotel room.

I rented it out to a lady who needs it for three months because her current home, which she owns, is being rented out to snowbirds. I asked her to fill out a renters application through bigger pockets to screen her. She said she doesnt want to run her credit over a 3 month rental and that she would pay for the 3 months plus deposit on the spot. I said that is fine. Today when she came over to sign the lease agreement and provide the cash she would not let me take a copy of her drivers license. She was willing to let me take her DL number and expiration date but that was it.

Should i be concerned that she refused the rental application and also to provide me a copy of the rental agreement. She did upfront pay the 3 months and the deposit. let me know your thoughts.

I'd tell her to not let the door hit her on the way out.
