I’m hoping to have a seamless streaming TV experience and avoid having to give guests passwords or help them troubleshoot if they accidentally sign out of the streaming TV account.The issue you mentioned of guests forgetting to log out of their own accounts shouldn’t be a problem (for you) because most services allow people to remotely log out.

@Tom SouleI tried the application once & had to revert back to paper, at least for candidates in my area it wasn’t user friendly enough & they give 0 tools to the landlords to help troubleshoot & help point out what tenants are missing to complete the application.

Our guys will take the call from the landlord and do the initial troubleshooting over the phone with you (based on what you say is happening with the appliance), coordinate the scheduling and repair with the tenant, and once they get there will let you know what is in your best interest (repairing or replacing).

Then I would clarify with them what maintenance issues are tenant related and should be charged to the tenant or for the PM to troubleshoot with them over the phone to fix the issue.
