Retain money for a lawyer and it better be deep but overall keep your sanity and know that they are the freeloaders looking for a hand out I treat family like I treat tenants at a arms length.. it’s always business you gotta look out for yourself.

Well, i suppose you could purchase a lien like a child support lien from someone with their hand out but what would that get you except maybe a grateful deadbeat dad (Or mom) thanking you for paying off their arrears, expecting (and getting) nothing in return except a thanks!?

A real problem is the copy on your door hangers does not match the audience you are giving it to thus generating no leads. you can hand out a million door hangers and if your copy sucks, if you do not know your audience you will get 0 leads.

They’re out there. another little tidbit is if you go on E bay most of the gurus hand out a physical package of books and CDs many put them on E bay for 50 bucks..
