Any tips for a new agent in a new town? (Cherry Hill NJ)
Hello BP!
I am officially Moving to Philadelphia but will be working out of an office in Cherry Hill NJ (since I am only licensed in NJ for now). I have had my real estate license for about a year but have closed no deals so far. That is due to the fact that I have a fulltime Job in property management and I only held my license because I thought I would do real estate part time on the side. Turns out part time has turned into me not fully dedicating myself ad even putting in minimal effort. 2 years later and I am relocating and taking a leap of faith to pursue real estate full time in a new town in a new office with not much experience. My question is, where do I start? What is some good advice you would give a new agent like myself in this situation?
