@Darleni Ven Which came first, the buyer or the motivated seller? Personally I think that the best way to find serious buyers is to have a good deal for them to buy. Otherwise you come across like every other newbie wholesaler and most real buyers wont take you seriously. Get a deal first, and buyers will line up to buy it. Best place to find buyers is at foreclosure auctions. Everyone there bidding on property has the cash to close and you know they want property. Just my 2 cents
