The job market is growing in medical, tech, and with state workers going back to the office since covid we're seeing businesses doing better.

Same background (European immigrant, working in Tech but on the side real estate investor abroad and then started building my portfolio here). 

If Gen Z wins, it means prices come back down to match wages and the equity people have gained over the past 3 years will be lessened (not saying wiped out but it will take a wack).Like all other bank we would either have no landing hard landing and soft landing.a hard landing situation is the situation that you describe above where Fed going to reduce so much that we would see 3 percent mortgage rate again hence GenZ winning , 5 percent drop with 2 % drop in price would be very beneficial to GenZ buyer.from tech perspective this is possible because most of cash generated tech company is losing money too today as they can’t greater profit. 

So in essence in some states tech has changed I really don't know what the block chain is personally or how it would work or make anything better than having a digital title plant..

Battery tech is changing the game but it's insanely expensive. 

People not on BP, poor people with low tech or low qualification jobs, it will be a very bad time from both inflation above and job/benefits/school stresses from illegal immigrants from below. 

Tech companies are continuously moving here and establishing a footprint in Columbus as well.

No more than you should become a master electrician, master plumber, HVAC tech,  insurance agent, loan officer, and maybe other licensed people.   

The software interface isn't terribly efficient, but it performs its functions just fine)That said, I think there are some locks that have a wifi function and no fee, BUT they require interfacing with a smart hub - and the cost of setting that up combined with the amount of tech knowledge needed/potential for things to go wrong made me give them a pass.
