The stuff that sits tends to be over priced junk in junk areas, or that have some issues with the listing, curb offers or what have you.

My cost per letter is $0.82 with postage plus my time to sign, hand address, seal, mail and document send dates in CRM.

I don't have a dynamic budget, but I am ready to use what little I have to start with to get something in the mail!

Chicago REIA has over 800 member most don't do mailings or active marketing at all. 

Mail them the documents or use some online service like DocuSign

Spoke with an Attorney who advised that I was correct in the situation and mentioned posting notice on the Tenants door, as well as Certified Mail, then going to the Magistrates office to file and Landlord / Tenant Complaint.

You should also make sure the city also has YOUR direct contact information......I found out about this months ago in the mail from the city.
