I thought it was hilarious and loved every minute of it, I wish they still were doing that because Denver Colorado is a totally different market already and it's our duty as investors to step up our game and be a better solution for sellers in need instead of just using signs.Ps.Real estate is a clean business with dirty people.

The guy basically did not say a single word during the showing, and was clearly and painfully "friend-zoned" like you wouldn't believe, it was kind of hilarious yet sad.
