New RE Investor in Addison, TX
Hey all. My name is Colin. I'm 24 years old and I'm in the market for my first buy-and-hold property. I'm currently shopping all around the DFW metroplex to find something that cash flows (although it seems like there are quite a few areas to make this happen in DFW!)
I have degrees in Finance and Economics and I currently work in banking - specifically in Farm Credit. So I do the finance and mathematic analysis required for this sort of thing almost everyday!
Any other successful buy-and-holders out there? To me, this seems like the most viable strategy right now as somebody just a couple years out of school and with enough savings to finally afford a down payment.
Cheers.
