If anything, providing such information could potentially mislead the least sophisticated of consumers, and my analysis of Virginia law may harm a person if they come to rely on that information.

Often title issues will never come back to do any harm but it can  mean you can't give clear title when you go to sell or refinance. 

If you sell to another investor, no harm. 

Assuming you are legitimate.I don't see the harm in starting a new company and changing your website name.Depending on your website, maybe re tool it. 

However, there's no harm in multi-tasking either. 

I would never give out a lock box code to a stranger, but if it is given to you, I don't see the harm in entering.

We have never purchased such a product nor suffered any harm for not doing so.  

If any customer feels they've been harmed by my actions, they can call the county and initiate a claim against my bond.
