And @Michaela Graham I think you're probably closer to where I'm at in my appreciation of this place...this is a grand old Seattle craftsman (actually we think it may be a Sears home, but can't find any identifiers other than the looks/floor plan, since everything has been painted over at some point).

There was already pockets of very nice homes that contributed to the areas home values (think Dilworth's craftsman homes vs. our areas mill houses).

Seventy-eight(ish) straight podcasts later—just after crown molding, but before paint overspray on new truck—I had learned quite a bit about real estate, had developed a deep, if awkwardly anonymous friendship with Brandon and Josh (and Josh’s cats), and had been spared the long slow death of trying to make it as a hack craftsman in a skilled craftsman’s world.Thanks to BP I’m still alive and kickin’, and the game plan going forward is to flip for the purpose of generating capital to invest in longer term projects.
