Tenants left things behind after move out .

I went over to do the walk thru , tenants were filling a truck . It was just about full . He tells me he couldnt find a buyer for the shed I let him put there .  So he says , its mine . Its a 10 by 20 craftsman style . They go like $3000 new and its a year old . And he said there is a riding mower in it he has to leave , since the truck will be full and he wasnt driving 6 hours back for it .  Then he was worried about a couple holes in the wall from his TV . I told him no big deal .  I think he is getting his whole deposit back

Yeah, that sounds like a fair trade, if you can  use the mower and shed.
