I see what you’re saying as far as not just going with a cookie cutter number, but tailoring each offer for the situation and the buyer that I think would most likely be interested in said deal to be able to optimize the amount of money made as well as the amount of contracts signed.

I've also been able to differentiate the price points between cookie cutter remodels with the standard stainless/granite finishes compared to those with finer details, wainscoting/crown/carrera baths etc.
