Here are a couple of marketing ideas (and my opinion only);Trying to get someone to sell their home via one short video commercial is asking a lot of a viewer.

Aim to match or beat that level of finish out, or just do something to stand out so viewers will remember your home over all of the others they viewed.

Once your ad is flagged to the point CL recognizes it as "spam" it gets flagged immediately by their computers and never makes it live for viewers.

One more note - if you are seeing this on Auction.com or similar site then they are just marketing a number that will get the most viewers and bidders on their website.

Creating good thread titles (being creative, using key phrases, etc) will help attract more viewers to yoru psot and as such, get more responses.One other thing, it also helps to make sure your post is generated in the proper thread category.

Keeping the 4 factors mentioned above in mind, my client's property attracted many showings as well as online viewers.

In my area they only give me what I can pull for free on the property viewer website.

Google your [county name] Parcel Viewer or the equivalent of that in your area.
