Script for Youtube Video for my Website
I am having someone take a professional video of what solutions I have to offer to sellers that are in distress and im going to upload to youtube. Here is the script I am going to use for my video. Please critique and see what I might need to add or take out.

Online video is great. Good choice. Check out the thread on "Video Marketing - Does it work? Let's test It!" that Brandon started.
In my opinion your script is too much "I", "we", "I". You need to appeal to the seller. Put yourself in their shoes.
What are the key words and questions they would be searching on so that they find your video?
"sell my house fast"
"best way to quickly sell a house"
"how to sell my home"
"how to stop foreclosure"
"foreclosure scams"
I haven't done any keyword research on these, but you want to see what people are searching on the most.
Have your script speak to their dilemma. Start your script with the issues most of the sellers want to solve. Offer some information for them on solving it. Then make your case for your company and how it solves the problem and give them a simple reason to contact you.
Your script, as written now, is more about you and your company and not about the issues the seller is facing and how to solve them.
To better illustrate - which marketing copy is better?
Copy A - Hi my name is Will with AAA Landscaping. I am a professional landscaper in San Antonio. We landscape 3 to 4 houses a month here in the San Antonio area. We provide plants and design to homeowners that need to landscape their home quick. We landscape any size project all over San Antonio. Are you in need of landscaping? What is your situation? We'll give you a no obligation design and price today! Give me a call now or you can fill out the form on the right to give us some contact information to see how we can best help you.
Copy B - A common problem homeowners face, how do I re - landscape an older home? Or "what plants are best for low maintenance in San Antonio". I'm Will from AAA Landscaping and we can help solve any landscape question or issue for you. New home needs a total landscape plan? We've been designing whole yard landscapes for 12 years. Just need to replace some old sod? We can give you the best sod and design for your lifestyle for small or large projects. Call for a free no-obligation assessment of your property. Leave your name and email address below and we'll send you a a simple way to estimate how much you should invest in landscaping based on the value of your house along with a list of the best types of sod to use specifically in San Antonio.
The point I want to make is engage your seller with benefits of working with you. Don't just give them features of your business.
Here are a couple of marketing ideas (and my opinion only);
Trying to get someone to sell their home via one short video commercial is asking a lot of a viewer. Make a connection with them for the Know, Like & Trust factors.
1) Offer an information packet on selling their home fast (hard copy or ebook). Let them call you or give them a link to get their contact info and email to send your information in electronic format.
You can follow up in a day and ask if they have questions or want to talk about their situation.
2) Offer a three day video course on how to avoid home selling scams (or some other similar topic). The videos should be 3-10 minutes in length and you can use YouTube with a Private link so that only people with the link can access the video.
Send them a link to a video each day for three days (this is easily automated with Aweber.com or some other similar service).
After three days of giving them useful information (which will be valuable to them in their stressful situation), you'll be building Trust. Don't pressure them in the videos, but by the third video give them a reason to call for the no obligation assessment of their particular situation.
In 3 days you'll have more of a relationship with them than any other home buyer.
Again, I don't buy homes and 3 days may be too long, but the idea is to get them to contact you for information so that you can build trust in short period of time.
I'm not offended by anyone else striking these ideas down or improving them. Just off the top of my head...
