@Jeff Copeland We are aware of the server issues and are working to resolve them currently.

We are improving our infrastructure to reduce load times, and this process resulted in a little bit of bugginess today.We are working hard to transition our servers and increase our website's capacity.  

Little ASP.Net and SQL Server should get them started.

(recently had an issue with a boiler going out causing pipes freezing and also a split unit going out on our network room - causing the servers to over heat). 

If this were me, I would HIRE a process server, I routinely get one for about 50 bucks..then you have an impartial person to sign the notice as served .
