So I've been thinking about ways to increase the overall income from a few duplexes that I own in NE Ohio and wanted to see if anyone else had ever tried this, after searching the forums I didn't see much on topic, but if anyone has experience, I'd love to hear how it turned out (the good, the bad & the ugly so to speak)...I've noticed over the past two years that there are only two approaches to washer's and dryers, either provide them as part of the rent or only hookups are included.

Although the prices where you are looking to buy is much affordable compare to LIC...Dont get me wrong I do thing theres a good chance it will get build, lucky for tribe they dont have to worry about Liberals like us in NE..

I think the wall units look cleaner but were not sure if they were as effective as the baseboard).On top of that was wondering if you would recommend the hydronic baseboard units or the standard convection heaters.I also noted your in NY are you using these to solely heat a house or as supplemental and do you feel they could adequately provide heat to a house in the NE during the dead of winter.
