Hi BP Fam,

I am new investor in the NE Atlanta Area, looking to partner, learn from or pick the brains of establish investors in the Area. Atlanta is a competitive market and I know the more I learn and the complexity of my network will put me in a great positive to be successful.

Any tips on how I should get started? What hard money lenders are beginner friendly?
