Take the next advice from a guy involved in RE and casinos at a younger age, surround yourself with people your age and take a class or two.

You're placing a bet against the casino, and the casino only needs to win 51% of the time to come out ahead overall, no one on Wall Street is sitting there watching your particular loan and if you buy points or not, any more than the owner of a casino is watching one particular person put one quarter in one slot machine.

The mob I mean Hotel Industry doesn't want anything besides its million dollar hotels/casinos making money.

Hello BP,If a hotel and casino is proposed to open up in a city or town and let’s say it does open up.. what does that mean for the real estate in that city or town?

Then Had a  Property in Rohnert Park  next to the Graton Casino.. i bought in 95 for 27k bare land 4 acres.. city grew out to us brought us in .. upzoned us. ( keep in mind I spent ZERO on this other than 350 a year in prop taxs.) and we sold in January for 1.9 mil to a local developer.. 

I don't see large numbers of people crowding into bars, restaurants, airplanes, and casinos until the threat is reduced. 

Type of property: Single family home, manufactured home, RV/trailer, multi-family (specify unit count), mixed use (specify resi v commercial unit counts and approximate square footage distribution between the two), hotel, casino, mobile home park, other (specify).Looking at multifamily, 3 or 4 units preferred but the right duplex might be fine.

Casinos about 20 mins.  

Brigantine is a great beach town and we get to enjoy the entertainment and dining at the casino's.
