Hello all im lookinh to invest in 2 condos in vegas by this summer im just wondering if there is anything coming down the pike that will make air b&b un appealing?

It’s illegal in most of the valley and there’s a minimum separation Required for registered properties where it is legal. You mean something worse than that?
