You need to take consistent focused action every day, answer the phone when it rings and follow up and follow through.

Bandit signs are very effective to get the phone ringing, so consider each course of action.

I am a relatively new wholesaler starting to put some signs out to advertise "we buy houses" ---- Can any of you please share what phrases you use on the signs that you have had some success with getting the phone to ring?
