My wife and I are relocating to Tampa from the Orlando area in February of 2020. I have an extensive history in carpentry and remodeling, along with being a heavy equipment operator. My wife is Handy as well and has an eye for design. We've talked about flipping for years now and are tired of talking about it and want to dive in!! She is currently getting her real estate license, and we have the ability to remodel any aspect of the house. Since we are currently purchasing a home, our bank account will be pretty much drained. We will have about $7,000 left over. We've done some research on hard money lenders and are strongly considering it. The house flipping isn't our concern, it's the money and not getting screwed in the loan process. We wanted to reach out and see if anyone could give us some advice on this process. We have the skill, we just need someone to take a chance on us and I know we would come out with a good profit! Thanks for reading this far!
