I am one of the younger baby boomers, sometimes referred to as Generation X. 

Though I rarely agree with Dave Ramsey, his baby step approach of a debt snow could be used with a goal snowball.

Just had our first baby and looking to simplify my life a little so taking the equity and doing something back in Georgia is tempting .

Looking to start a family in a year though, and can't have a baby and live with 5 other folks.

On average, at the same point in their lives, Baby Boomers had approximately twice as much wealth as Millennials do now. 

Lots of young people having babies? 

Outside of that, living in multi-family housing comes with some level of annoyance from other people - they walk too hard on the floor, their baby is always crying, the kids slam doors.

I've got my first baby due this week so the pressure to get the house leased is starting to spike.
