Dealing with Inter-Tenant Disputes

How do you guys deal with inter-tenant disputes? Specifically, noise complaints, parking, storage, etc. These are personal disputes that i have told the tenants to handle amongst themselves. If situations get heated enough, ive told them to call the town police. I am interested to know where you see the line between professional landlord and babysitter to adults. Thanks
