I try and just give them as much data as possible because most investors are super analytical.If they are wanting to list for an absurdly high price I tell them that's fine, but I'm going to increase my commission percentage.

Another thing I found to give me more peace is adding battery operated detectors in addition that are in a slightly different locations where they didn't false alarm (this was for a different tenant where the smoke detector always seemed to go off). they tried to comply.
