I've flipped in Detroit area (from Livonia& Royal Oak) and Denver.

Yes me being Canadian I know how important structure is as you need that first before you can start investing.

Some Content targeted at Canadians as well would be ideal. 

I have a 3 bedroom townhouse I need to rent out by December 1st.There's a 1 bedroom apartment that needs to be rented by December 1st.I have lease renewal on a single-family that needs to get executed.Make sure a new tenant in a 2-bedroom gets moved in before Thanksgiving (the US one, not the Canadian one).Rent out another 1-bedroom apartment by January 1.Improvement project for a rental - replace vanity, sink, faucet, light fixture, and mirror in a 3 bedroom single family.Improvement project for a rental - replace sticky tile floor in kitchen, hallway, and bathroom with ceramic tile.Continue to help the out of state investors I work with purchase rentals in Milwaukee. 

I would appreciate answers from all but wonder if there are any Canadian experience that anyone can share.

Have used the bigger pockets tool which works fine but curious of other options both paid or free.Even better if it's Canadian based but interested in all options.Thanks in advance.
