New to bigger pockets. I've flipped in Detroit area (from Livonia& Royal Oak) and Denver. Have owned several rentals over years. Still have rental near DIA. Want to flip and mostly LT hold within 2-3 hour drive or in Denver area. Looking for advice and partner / money. Goal is four or more flips a year and add ten plus units over 10% return in next five years. Totally interested in partnering with someone wanting to do a lot more. Thx everyone!
