It might be worth every dime, but if you don't have the money and money to lose, I'd suggest you do something similar on your own, there is no patent on real estate deals.

Since the hand rail is just a nickle and dime cost, I wouldn't charge them for that, and I doublt if a Judge would award you the money for that.
