Private for R.E. Investment Franchise

Where can I find private money for a well known R.E. Investor Franchise (Homevestors) the loan can be secured by the franchise, they will allow an transfer for a fee.

Did you ask if the franchisor about provided financing? If anyone is in a good position to finance thier store, it's them. If they don't, there must be a reason, maybe it's over valued and thier bank won't work with them......Hmmmm?

Then what collateral is there, the shell with a neon sign, some yard signs, a magnetic sign for your truck, some radio copy, forms, contracts and a phone number? What is it really worth as collateral to a money investor?

What you may want is a partner, will you have skin in the game?

I don't know anything about the franchise, I don't finance them for the obvious reasons, as they usually don't have anything of value, other than blue sky and claims for profits. It might be worth every dime, but if you don't have the money and money to lose, I'd suggest you do something similar on your own, there is no patent on real estate deals.
