Online Property Management - who's the best?

Looking at purchasing my first house hack (4-plex, first deal) in Northwest Florida. I am in the Navy so property management is a reality for the future. I'm looking at "Cozy" - website is cozy.co

Does anyone have any experience working with them, or just using online property management in general?
