Its taught me some things and confirmed things i havnt quite put my finger on untill now.

One time I was lucky enough to not get the flame to immediately shut off and the control board flame button went to solid yellow and it went strong for minutes while I had my finger on the switch.

I find it perplexing that some people believe pointing their finger justifies a $5,000 pay day. 

While I do contract my fair share of houses from elderly people, none of whom were ever feeble and confused, but more often very slick negotiators, I can count on one hand with no fingers the number of houses I've wholesaled where the seller was desperate.

I found one of those earlier in the year but it slipped through my fingers because I made a stupid mistake.

I am reaching out to the city recorders and hope to get some "great responses," fingers crossed.It is really interesting to me how the foreclosure and tax process works in TX.
