Heating issue

Okay it's my personal house. Issue just started a few days ago.

Have 2 gas heaters in the attic.

One is a 2 burner for upstairs and a 3 burner for down stairs. About 3 months ago I put in new electronic thermostats perfectly wired and leveled replacing the old ones.

The upstairs is working fine. The down stairs now when we set at 70 at night and go down stairs in the morning it is 60. If I turn to off and back on the fan will kick on and I checked in the attic the ceramic ignitor works and the blue flames kick in and throws out heat.

For some reason 10 minutes or so later it will turn off again before fully heating up to set temperature.

I am thinking it's a control board issue or some kind of temp sensor in the heat unit in the attic that is not working correctly.

Thoughts??
