From what I have seen most seem to promote multi-units either out of self profitable means such as being a realtor who has tunnel vision on that 1 sale, or that they have had such a struggle creating good profitable acquisitions that they default to where they seem to be found, multi's, especially commercial.

The vision of creating this site is to rival Zillow, Redfin, Trulia, etc...

There are not a lot of investors who put their vision down and even fewer who are willing to share it with the Bigger Pockets Community so you have already in the right direction.

Any agent can find me a 3/3, I'm looking for someone that understands what the long term vision is and how to get it started for long term success.
