I think it may be because it's a House not an Apartment, so Zillow appears to be the "go-to" website for Single Family Residence.We were using just the Zillow application (also $29), but were disappointed with the lack of in-depth credit reporting.

A lot of these folks may eventually become building inspectors due to their depth of knowledge in the technical systems, and you can imagine this would be useful knowledge for any investor to have.if they are inclined towards numbers, or the backend of the RE systems, then finance, accounting, economics, or even management could be a solid plan. if they are inclined more towards creativity or want to get into the development side of RE, then something in design, architecture, or engineering, could be a very fulfilling.If they have strong interpersonal skills, and are more self motivated and self driven, then something on the sales side may be a good choice; RE agent, finance brokers, property manager, or a customer-facing role they could do very well in.

I have a friend who does something similar and he found that his idea only works under the factor of having more than 1 USP as renting out cheap accommodation and looking after lawns etc can be done under most complexes.His USP was to offer a food delivery and let's call it an Uber service with the accommodations for people who were unable to get around .i know this isn't much help but a more in-depth focus on what can be offered would be attractive
