Hello -

 I am the Managing Broker for Indianapolis Property Management and IPM Real Estate. I have been licensed for 16 years and have resided in central Indiana for over 40 years. Having completed over 400 real estate transactions, my experience and depth of knowledge regarding local properties is immense. Our portfolio of companies also includes Solaris Property Group LLC, an Indiana licensed general contractor and United Consortium LLC, a real estate holding company. We handle all aspects of real estate including evaluation, acquisition, rehabilitation, maintenance, management, sales and of course, traditional residential buyer and seller transactions.

Hi @Todd Burton, welcome! Fellow Hoosier here. You clearly have a ton of experience and a depth of knowledge, but be sure to check out the podcasts as well as browse the forums. Definitely set up your key word alerts, so that you can be notified if there are any subjects related to anything Indy, or whatever else you might want to be informed of. You'll come to find that there are quite a few locals on here, most which you probably know given your time in the industry, and that the community is extremely helpful and supportive to each other.
