It was a LIVE-IN FLIP on the intracoastal waterway;  Purchased in 2013 - complete kitchen reno, wall demo, new flooring etc., and was able to turn a decent profit on the sale.

I am also a builder and well experienced and proficient with rehabs and Demo/ new construction.

I still need to demo the place so this could all change..

I would have had a better, less costly product if I could have demolished and then rebuilt from scratch, but I was guided that my best case scenario for a demo permit would add an additional year to my planning process.  

They demo the cabinets rolled up the carpets the whole deal.

I understand that you need a demolition permit to demo a house, but once you have that, are you allowed to demo a house on your own with whatever hired help you deem fit, or are you forced to hire a contractor to do it?

The verbiage used in their marketing makes me wary of it to be honest, but the demo video seems like it might be solid.

Hello,From the chatter on BP, I would say that Cozy and AppFolio are some of the more popular programs.I am not too sure of the price range, so that is something you may want to check out.Go on their websites and see if they have demos.

Although I do enjoy a good DEMO day :)  

You have to test for it, then if present handle the demo of that item as hazardous material.Good:  ask for the insurance report.
