No universal recipe for success, in fact I think what it actually highlights is that there are a variety of ways to tie up properties even in the most competitive seller's market in the country.

I would highlight that as well.

Negative responses to criticisms are a fast way to damage your reputation . . .Here are the highlights that stick out to me:- It’s a chance to change the conversation. - You get to show off your customer service.- It gives you street cred.- You get feedback you can act on.Check it out and good luck!
