Forbes.com names Dayton Oh the nations" most affordable" city.
Is this a dubious honor at best? Some have said that it is the most affordable because you cant give property away in Dayton and it is a dying city.
I of course I see a different Dayton Ohio . A city on the road to recovery in spite of a population That has declined over the past 10 years. A decline That began long before this recent recession as the auto industry left the city.
I believe Dayton has hit bottom and is on its way up. What do you see when you look at Dayton. An opportunity or a tough place to invest your money?
