Hello, I have a coworker who completed the real estate sales courses in 2013. She did it just for the credits towards a business associates degree; but now she wants the license. Is there any kind of time limitation?

Thank you @Rick H.I plan to take title to the land, develop it, then sell.Speaking with one of the examiners at the Title Co. they said that the land must be in the name of the heirs before they will pass good title.

You should also prove that you have marketable and insurable title, that is done with the title examination (this varies in splitting these costs as to local custom).
