I can't beat anyone here on "grossness" but my first eviction involved my first tenants; a older woman, her adult daughter and the daughters two teenage children, one of whom had a baby during the tenancy.All five skipped out over one weekend leaving me what ended up being 45 bags of garbage. 

People like doing business with people they like and trust might as well be you.I remember a long time ago my first income property when I went down cellar with the man of the household I told my wife to sit in the kitchen with the woman of the household get her to talk about all her family memories in the house, then I had my wife talk about what memories she sees with our family in the house.

Ilive in a small town and even though I personally didn't know the woman who passed, everyone else in my family did.

One woman said, "I'm afraid to stay here now because I think someone might show up looking through the windows!".

All I have to show for my 5k is 8 30min phone calls with some woman I have know idea who she is or what she looks like and three poorly put together "manuals".

The bonus sad part here is that I know for a fact this woman still does and always has worked for the post office!!!

What emotion would my years of anger and frustration with this woman stir up and how would they present themselves.
