Yes, I agree that investors need to do their own due diligence, and also that there are sometimes cases where quality can vary on a street-by-street basis around the Cleveland area, but giving people info that’s biased and uninformed at best, and blatantly false at worst, as an agent or broker is somewhat unethical.

Zillow and Trulia are notoriously inaccurate, so I wouldn't even waste my time with them.But if you want the best comps, I would use a Realtor (and yes I am one so I'm biased).

Homes priced that low are typically going to be in really poor shape or in areas you may not want to be involved in.Another piece of advice, is make sure you also get a non-biased rental estimate and opinion on the areas.
