Hey everyone, new to the community here! I recently got my Real Estate salesperson license and excited to get into the real estate game. 

Currently live in Orange County and wanting to get into the strategy of high cash flow in an affordable market. 

I wanted to ask what markets most Southern California natives are investing in.
