They promised to pay the utilities, but not only are refusing to give me a dime, they are installing their own window units, broken washing machines, hanging enormous objects from my 100 year old plasterand running up enormous utility bills.

Another house has had a great renter, however, she went away in the winter and the pipes froze - it was quickly contained however, the management company took 1 month to tell me (they were checking with a lawyer - that's their excuse - whether tenant was responsible - I was told "no" it's on my dime). 

But, if I did I would nickel and dime them so it's easier to adjust.  

You could always go after the tenant, but you'll spend a dime trying to chase a nickle.

Brother A, who already has higher net assets, will have no debt obligations and can invest every dime that Brother B will be paying in interest and principal for the next 15 years.

If you have to evict, it's probable you won't collect a dime.

They do nickel and dime us and they add additional fees on to the work they do from contractors; as stated in the operation agreement.  

Many landlords just try to squeeze every last dime out of a property and never re-invest in it.

Based on references I talked to they will not only be demanding but they will also nickle and dime me!
