where I see problems was anyone who had a contract expiring in Jan. and now cant get a new one.. hopefully they will pay retroactivily I know they do that when folks move in and it takes section 8 3 months or so to finally get that first payment in you do get all three months you just have to pay your negative.. it will all work out I suspect. you would have total and utter civil unrest if this program went away all at once.. at least in areas were HUD is one of the predominate providers of rent money.. we don't have a bunch of it out west compared to many deep south or big inner cities.
