You want to find a real estate market that promotes and stimulates growth.

If you don't, you will have a "great tenant " that stays there for a LONG time and you lose A LOT of $$ by getting farther and farther below market.You don't go crazy and stimulate a turnover, but you don't steadily fall farther and farther below market. 

The ongoing tight housing market also reflects low- to moderate-income households that continue to rent because there’s a scarcity of affordable homes to buy.To stimulate business growth in the state, there is a need for ample affordable housing for workers.

I don't need campaigns just an initial text that will help quickly eliminate fake phone numbers and hopefully stimulate some kind of response that we can then move to a warm lead.

They will definitely create job opportunities, attract other businesses, and stimulate local spending.

And the dump of insurance and federal money will stimulate the local economy by a considerable amount.

this stimulates investments into business's and there are rules to follow  like the note holders cannot be direct relatives  etc. the cost of setting up  dictates its only worth it for 7 figure and above cash investments.. 

Some, but not much.It may stimulate building of rental housing.
