Don't get me wrong I have closed deals from leads on this system, but I notice I'm getting more and more responses lately of prospects saying system looks like spam

We are one-of-a-kind in that we are super strict about spam, which helps us stand out :) Sometimes people get upset with us because we remove a lot of posts, but it's so worth it because it's pure value and content - no pitches!

There are e-mail companies like e-blast and mail chimp etc. that used to have databases of agents for an area.You can purchase the lists but these days servers block you as spam sending out volume.

Otherwise it may be unsolicited advertising, which is a violation of our "no PM spam" rules.

If so was it successful or did you just get a bunch of scams/spam?

Your captcha (the spam protection thing at the bottom of the form) said "who was the first president of the United States ".

I use a mortgage broker that might be able to help,especially since you are full doc.call or email me for her name and number, so i don't get spam banned...
