I am trying to acquire an email list of all Los Angeles Area Agents and Brokers

Hi,

I would like to purchase an e-mail list containing as many active real estate agents/brokers in the Los Angeles area for a marketing campaign.

I contacted the MLS directly and they do not sell lists, can anyone recommend a good source for email lists?

Should not be difficult to find. I can't speak to emails, however First Tuesday, the continuing education real estate publisher, sells mailing lists in data or label formats. They are established, dependable and have marketed to the CA real estate licensee community for as long as I can remember.

If they cannot help, try looking for a list broker however you'll probably pay a premium.

Lastly, if you intend to offer a non-competing product or service, you might find someone or some other vendor with a house list that meets your requirement, just remember and respect that it's their list, and they probably won't want to provide it to you but rather send out your offer from their server.
